Lost in Yoga, SE London

In this three-hour in-person workshop, writer Demi Anter and Yoga teacher Rosie Wadham create a welcoming space to move and breathe toward expressive freedom.

The aim is to offer an encouraging environment where people of all levels and backgrounds can meet and try new approaches to movement and writing, together. No prior yoga or writing experience is required.
